We’ll discuss what materials you want, request photos and more details about the size of the project so we can give you a rough estimate. Once we have the details, we’ll schedule an on-site visit at your convenience.
One of our experienced landscape experts will arrive to discuss your exciting new project in more depth, make suggestions, and be sure the developing plan is a great fit for your property. After we take photos and measurements, we’ll get to work developing a detailed design plan based on your property and vision for the space.
Within two to three days, you’ll receive an email with a detailed proposal about the scope of the project, the materials, and other details. Once you approve the plan, sign the agreement, and pay a deposit, we’ll reach out to schedule the start date.
At this stage, you can sit back and watch our team create your new landscape and outdoor living space. Your project manager will keep you updated every step of the way, and we take care to minimize disruption for you and your neighbors. Additional payments will be scheduled throughout the project cycle.
After work is complete and your landscape has been cleaned and finalized, you and your project manager will walk through it to ensure it meets or exceeds your expectation. Final payment is due, and we’ll provide details about warranties, ongoing maintenance plans, and care instructions.
